AJAs submission deadline approaches
Atlantic Canadian publishers, editors and writers who wish to submit nominations for the Atlantic Journalism Awards have until Jan. 30 to do so. There are three magazine-specific AJA categories—article, cover and profile. Magazines may also submit nominations in other categories, such as spot news, commentary and the Jim MacNeill new journalist award. Submission requirements for magazines are posted here. The awards will be handed out on May 2 at a gala dinner at the Hotel Beauséjour in Moncton, N.B.
