Toronto Life has let two full-time editors go. Senior editor Gillian Grace and city guides editor Claire Cooper are no longer with the St. Joseph Media-owned magazine. "Neither change is related to the economic downturn," Toronto Life editor Sarah Fulford said via e-mail. "The editorial department will be hiring."
Cooper was previously the magazine's chief of research before taking the guides job. Grace was promoted to senior editor when Fulford replaced John Macfarlane at the top of the magazine’s masthead.
Both editors to declined to comment.
