The Alberta Magazine Publishers Association has announced nominations are now open for its Editor of the Year Award. The entry process has been simplified this year so nominations can be made by simply filling out the one-page form and returning it to ampa@albertamagazines.com.

Deadline for nominations is January 22 at noon. To be eligible the editor must have been employed by an Alberta magazine and worked on at least two consecutive issues in the year 2009.

The winner will be recognized at the Alberta Magazine Conference gala on March 11 and will receive a complimentary pass to the 2011 Alberta Magazine Conference and a weekend getaway to a Fairmont mountain resort. More information available at Albertamagazines.com.
